Thanks for looking at our site, Team Shenanigans will be traveling from Edinburgh to Mongolia in July 2014 we are looking to raise over £1000 and donate our Vehicle to the local emergency services

 

Go Help Who they are Go Help is a UK registered charity run by a dedicated team of volunteers and professionals. Besides their UK Team, Go Help have a local office set up in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia which has the aim of managing and implementing their projects for the local people.

 

What they do Go Help works to benefit the communities of Mongolia by providing essential medical equipment and facilities through a variety of charity projects. Go Help also run projects to improve education and living standards for disadvantaged Mongolians.

 

How they do it Go Help support a number of annual projects to raise awareness and funds for their work in Mongolia. They are most notorious for their Ambulance Project which aims to provide vehicles of medical use to communities most in need.

 

Why Charity Rallies? Go Help has initiated various fundraising events, specifically charity rallies to fund sustainable health and education projects across Central Asia. Its two major fundraising events are the Mongolia Charity Rally, which has been in operation since 2007 and the Roof of the World Rally to Tajikistan, which has been running since 2008. The Mongolia Charity Rally involves teams driving from Central London to Ulaanbaatar by any route they choose. The length of the drive is approximately 10,000 miles, and takes around 30 days. Teams are required to raise a minimum of £1,000 to support Go Help projects in Mongolia.

We are Team Shenanigans, a pair of professionals from the Edinburgh area, who have been on many random adventures but this will be the biggest one yet. Find out more about us on our team page

We’ll be taking part in the Mongolia Charity Rally 2013; travelling 10 thousand miles from the UK to Mongolia in 1 month; passing through 14 countries and two continents. Find out more about our route here.
